With over two and a half days left in that auction, they're now at TWO-HUNDRED FORTY dollars. That's the twenty bucks a deck mark, and they'll likely go up more. People are chomping at the bit for this one; makes me wish I'd bought more than just two.
The email from D&D arrived 11pm EST. Three things:
- They "found" and are now selling some hidden S&M V6 decks in the back of a warehouse (sh'yeah, riiiiiiight...)
- They also "found" the last remaining copies of the "twothousandten" DVD, also for sale
- They created Variety Box the Fifth, whose only distinctive additions are IAOCP and Cincinnati-made Arrco and Stud decks. The rest are fairly recent releases that anyone around here who wanted them probably already got, and much of which is even still for sale.
They also said newsletter subscribers are getting FIRST CRACK at these items before the gen-pop.
I'm tempted to get the DVD, but not outrageously so.
And no, there were no Tungstene decks in this release. I'm guessing early next year on those.
UPDATE: when searching on the site, only the twothousandten DVD doesn't turn up. The V6 S&M is only being sold BY THE BRICK at $129.95.
