I never backed Founders but this is clever at the very least.

I'm not sure this is not bringing too much attention to Founders though. The demographic might not "all" understand it. Especially those new to deck collecting. Those that don't know, are now in the know. Founders is undeserving of this reminder or sarcastic tribute.

I would go the other way and say publicity for such a scam is only good for those new to the card collecting public. It continues to keep it in the public eye a little longer and could even make new collectors a little more cautious about present and future projects - I think that's a good thing, personally.

  • Pick a card, any card...no, not THAT card!

It's very true for scams that light is a natural disinfectant.  It's better to shine a light on the situation than to leave things shadowed and murky.  This new deck will work like a 10,000W stadium lamp!

If you folks put a link to the topic here at the Discourse about the Founders deck, people could see for themselves about the original scam deck.

When compared to the original deck it looks as if this is the original deck and they just drew over the faces with dogs faces. I took one of the original high res photos into Illustrator and did an image trace with 6 color and it came out almost exactly like the original you just would need to do some touch up work. Good to see someone is getting em back with this deck.
If at first you don't succeed try try again
