Yeah, he wouldn't just sell it for $100, I think around $200 or $300.

I have watched this item on my eBay. I will not be bidding on this seeing money is tight but I am interested as to how much this will go for...Very hot commodity!

Any tangible object is worth only what someone is willing to pay for it.  No more, no less.

Of course, sentimental value doesn't factor in here!

I would never bid that much for a brick.  When a deck's going for around $20, I think long and hard about how much I want it.  When it goes over $30, the decision is practically made for me - too much.

I get the feeling that the buyer saw dollar signs and is using them as investment.

Indeed,for the buyer not a good deal ($36 a deck) plus shipping.
Not really a discount in buying a brick of them in this case.
The seller instead made a good sale!
I would not pay more then $60 for a 2 deck set of S&M V3.

I think the V3 worth around $40 a deck.
But buying them as a brick is really too much.
Unless he can sell some of them and get back some money.
Actually, I can sell $100 for a pair of v3 in my country.
But I don't think there will be 5-6 buyers.

At least I saw someone bought an opened (but new) set of v3 for $60.
And the shops are selling them at 100$ a deck O.O!
