Last night I stayed up late playing poker with Tarot cards. I got a full house and four people died.

I hate to sound like a hater but I don't see anything at all that I like about these and for $15. Really?

I think I have a new standard for what constitutes a bad deck: if the artwork looks like something a talentless hack such as I could draw, it's BAD.

Guys - I could draw this.

Not to mention the "border" pips. It looks bad...

I seriously am beginning to wonder who is implanting all this ideas to people out there that such artwork is gonna succeed. With the recent saying that USPC are disallowing people to use the "Bicycle Brand" probably came from seeing decks like these... I mean...even the smileys are not drawn nicely...

You may very well be right. There's been a bit of an explosion of terribly executed ideas in the past couple years. Things like this had to have had some effect on the brand.
Part of my Collection updated infrequently but occasionally, when I remember. (I haven't in months.)

To clarify, I was of the understanding that they're only permitting people to use the name and logo AFTER the deck is both a success and approved by Legal.  It keeps failed decks from bearing their trademarked name.

I would love to think they're also being pickier about what decks they brand, but it's a case of "too little, too late" if you ask me.  They allowed the damage to be done.

He could also put put his border pips going horizontally on the top left by the "4".  That would be devilish....

The lower number cards are still ok. Its the 8s, 9s and 10s that are the problem.
