Have you tried Jim Knapp's website?  He's posted all of the classic Bicycle backs as well as several from the other USPC brands.  You might luck out.

Try searching for auctions on eBay with "USPC Vintage" as your keywords, looking at all auctions (active and completed).

There's also the UK website, "World of Playing Cards", and I think there's a few other deck reference sites out there as well that post pictures of card backs.

Generic USPC, likely wide sized and jumbo index, 1930s-50s. Came in two-piece, gold letter embossed, cardboard slipcase.  It is one of the generic USPC backs, and the ace may even be Bicycle style.  But it is not necessarily branded as a Bike per se.  I have not seen a specific name for this back in the past.  Decks were sold in single and double packs, red and blue.  Glassine paper and gold seal puts deck earlier than later in time range.  These are fairly common to find still, today.

You mean in terms of finding vintage examples, right?  'Cause I never see new decks that look anything like this!

I'd be itching to see what the deck itself looks like.  It would give you a better idea of age and you might luck out and find a branded Ace of Spades.  If they are indeed not difficult to find, the value shouldn't be so high that you'd kick yourself for opening it.
