In the case of both decks, if they're released before New Year's Day (and they get seconded), they're good.

Unless they get an earthquake-level force majeure happening somewhere between the USPCC plant and Murphy's warehouse it'll be out before the end of the month for sure. Depending on how you define "released", the Bankroll edition is already out albeit to a select few.

(And yes, the Absinthe is an Ellusionist deck and not released yet, though I believe they've said it'll be out before the holidays.)

I think "released" is defined by, it exists in real life, not digital form. If you have photographic evidence, such as this:

Run can be nominated with a notation (if available by 1/1/15) on the list in the first topic.  If it ships, great - we just remove the tag.  If it doesn't, for whatever reason or force majeure, there's always next year and we take it off this year's list.  This means that Absinthe can also be nominated with a notation as above.

This can be used only for decks that are indeed scheduled to arrive before the end of the year.  If a deck's schedule calls for a release in January or later, it can be nominated only if by some luck and circumstance it gets an early release and comes out this year.

We have it down, but I put the proper title on it: Mana Playing Cards v. 2.  The same back/same design appeared on both colors, Zinfandel and Indigo, with the colors being the only difference.

Identifying the deck as "Zinfandel" in this case would be like identifying a Bicycle (pick any back) deck as "Red".

To my knowledge - which is admittedly not perfect - there is no T11 deck coming out called "Absinthe" and there is an Ellusionist deck coming out with that same name.  It can be noted on the list as "if available".  Odds are it will be out before New Year's Day, but until it is, it isn't a 2014 release simply due to the fact that it's not released yet, period.
