Hell PCF!

I'm a newcomer into this whole collectable playing card universe. My childhood friend Moo hyun and I have been illustrating puns for the past 5 years under the name "Daily Critter" (http://dailycritter.com), and we have finally decided to make a product out of them. And that brings us to the Daily Critter playing cards, currently we are crowdfunding our deck of 54 illustrated critter puns on Kickstarter and having a lot of fun with it (https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/364449167/daily-critter-playing-cards-pun-based-critters ) . We came into this without knowing what is it that the card collectors look for in a deck, neither did we follow the design path of other successful decks. We just did something that us as artist and casual card players will enjoy playing normal card games with, but also, playing with the puns inside the cards. Design wise, we wanted to go away from the traditional vector based mirrored cards and do a more organic hand-made watercolor illustration, to give it a more playful, casual and fun look to it. Anyways, I hope you guys like the cards and me .
