I have to make this statement:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/D-D-Dan-Dave-Playing-Cards-Stranger-and-Stranger-Dead-Mans-Hand-Ultimate-Deck-/301325192668?pt=UK_Collectables_Paper_RL&hash=item4628618ddc

People, this seller isn’t me. This is a thief who stolen my photos of the deck and my article with the aim to get a nice presentation of the items on eBay. He removed my inscriptions from my photos and composed some of them as one photo (faces of playing cards). Such people are on eBay, unfortunately.

My article:

I did, but "zero" reaction from them. I am not Coca-Cola or Disney.

You don't have to be.  Send them a cease-and-desist letter indicating illegitimate use of your intellectual property.  That should light a fire under their collective asses.  The minute an auction starts to cause them problems, I think they'd be more inclined to dump it than defend it.  A lawyer could draft one for you pretty quickly and the price won't cost you your first-born male child...

It takes 2 - 3 days sometimes. Put the item on your watch list or favorite it on your web search application. It will be removed.

I had someone using my eBay photos for their auction. Reported it, it was removed 2 days later.
