I have had a look at your deck. Unfortunately, I'm not a great fan of art decks, which I think this is. Nevertheless, I can offer some suggestions:
I would like to see some more of your art up close, because I think you are rather talented, but in the tiny images the faces becomes a grey, undefined blob to me.
To me it seems rather unpractical to have the number and the pip in different corners.
Some of the courts seem a bit unfinished to me, like if they are preliminary sketches, that holds the promise of something truly magnificent, but it's not there just yet.
What does the number cards look like?

I did look, in the other topic in which you mentioned this deck, about your Hanafuda project.

The design needs a LOT of work, and your completion and delivery goal reads like fiction - the best managed projects would have a difficult time meeting it.
