Hi everyone,

I'm a new member here so I'm sorry if this topic should be posted somewhere else. I couldn't find another category to post it.

I need help with identifying some deck I've bought recently. The deck is entitled Christmas Playing Cards and I'd like to know who is the author of the project, who issued it and when.

I'd be grateful for any help.

Thanks, Andrew

These look very interesting. I'm not sure of the artist or anything more, maybe you could show us the backs of the cards and maybe any text on the bottom of the tuck box. This is what's known as a semi-transformed deck, where the pips are arranged different than standard and usually as part of a picture. This is different from a transformed deck where the pips are in the same place, but art is drawn around them, or the pips them self are changed. I would like to know more about this deck as well!

Welcome to the forum, Andrew.  You're on the right board for this question.

I'm afraid that I have no knowledge of this deck.  What would help in a search such as this would be to show sharp, large images of anything that might have identifying markers of some kind.  For example, the Nine of Clubs that you showed has the signature of the artist, "Russell," in the upper-right corner.  Are there words on the box naming the manufacturer or producer?  What about on the Ace of Spades, the Joker or some other extra cards?  Are there more artist signatures among the artworks, or better yet, an extra card identifying all the artists and their works, card by card?  THOSE are the things we'd want to see photos of to help you with identifying this deck.
