That has to be the worst title I've ever heard for a deck of cards - and I've heard some terrible titles...

Be prepared for a lot of people to call your deck a second-rate copy of "Federal 52"...

I'm going to use my engravings of beautiful women, the representatives of US nations, as four queens. The aces will be quite simple. I don't decided yet how the jokers should look like.

US nations?  Which nations?  I was under the impression there was just the one...

You know, US nation is 'melting pot': it was formed by former europeans, latino, native, african americans and others. And I ilustrated the typical representatives on the queens

Be careful how you present the 'typical' representatives, most of the popular representations of the cultures are extremely racist in their attempt to be culturally identifiable.
Kickstarter completely revolutionized the way I waste money.

The people who handle playing cards are always in a world of delicate fingertip technology.

Let me show you final example of my cards.

I'm going to start kickstarter campaign as soon as it will be approved by kickstarter stuff, so let's keep in touch =)
I do my best to design something outstanding so get ready for interesting rewards!

Um, wow.

OK, before going to rush off and launch this puppy, please consider simplifying that artwork a bit.  It's busy to the point of confusing.  Take a key element - the portraits would be a good choice - and make it deep and bold, while making all the other stuff much, much lighter, almost like a watermark.  You've got decent artwork in there - why bury it under so much STUFF?

Also - why the one-way face design?

Alright, please remove the "SPECIMEN" watermark!  Do you REALLY think someone's that eager to steal your design?  Present them at a raking angle and they'll be more difficult to forge.

Without the border is a step in the right direction.  Put the large pip in the artwork area in front of the number - make the number look more like a watermark.  Remove the name from the side of the head - place it under the head or under the signature; anywhere but where it is now, really.  And fix that gap in Grant's head - it looks like someone assassinated him with a really good sniper shot and blew his brains out!

I'm sorry I don't understand the use of the frame here at all, and without it it's just making me think these people had a ledge in their skulls for others to use to rest their drinks or something. I'm also not at all a fan of redundancy here, either use the signature or use the text on the frame in my opinion. One or the other, but not both. Same with the numbers stamped on the pip. It's not good redundancy for me and kind of reminds me of one of the worst decks I've ever used USPCC Poker Peeks with their big bold numbering on either side of the card face. Maybe try some other elements, a star or the flag that was in use at the time of the specific persons accomplishments, something a long those lines maybe. If you keep the numbers, have you considered ghosting them in very very faintly, almost an emboss effect.

Why does the cross hatch marking extend past the side of Grant's face? It's making me want to grab my eraser and clean it up. Just saying, one side should have a crisp line for the eye to follow. Maybe it's supposed to be the eyes that do it. As is, it doesn't draw me in at all. It's more of a... stew, if that makes sense.

work on points above was completed. I am going to place the border only to Kings, Queens and Jacks actually.

Why border them at all?  Traditionally, they've been bordered, sure, but why be a slave to tradition?  They look a lot better minus the borders, trust me on that.

thanks, may be the variant above is better... I still hesitate about removing the big numbers. I do not have an ideal eyesight and well know how to gaze hard at the cards on distance (e.g. on a big table). The question is – how to make the big index visible and beautiful at the same time!

The answer to that question is that there IS NO WAY to make an index both big and attractive.  You have to decide before you launch just what kind of deck this is - an art deck or a "low-vision" deck.  The super-jumbo numbers should be ancillary details, not primary ones.

Try this as an experiment.  Ditch the large suit pip located inside the artwork.  Swap the artwork - put the heads on the left, jumbo numbers on the right.  Re-format the jumbo numbers to act as sort of a off-side index - make them a little shorter, maybe put the large suit pip under them rather than behind or in front of them.  See how that looks.

I think this has a lot of potential. I'm just not a big fan of anything but suits on number cards.

I think the presidents would be great as court cards but no more.

Also, don't rush the campaign. Slow down and make sure you have a great final product. I say this from experience.

Wise advice, to be sure.  Cardlover, he knows what he's talking about.  He came up with a design he felt passionate about, but not enough other people did - a lesson he didn't learn until a little too far down the road.

I noticed as well that you changed your thoughts about the deck name.  Honestly, the old name was terrible.  "Jeffrey Dahmer's Dinner Party" would have been a better name...  (I kid, but only a little.)

I think you should inject the white back into the presidents faces. They're not coming off as the focus and are still sharing with the large number. The number itself is now fading in much better. Before their was a lot of competition between the presidents and the large number. Also resizing the number just a tad will get them out of the indices. That touch of negative space may allow the number to not be so prominent. Lastly, consider cleaning up the lines under the large pips maybe making them slightly thinner in a graduated step ending at the longest being maybe 15%-20% longer than it is now. It may help distinguish the pip from the number a bit more. A bolder pip can allow for an illusion of dominance over the number which may enhance the feeling of the face.

I think you can use the basic tricks our brains already accept to incorporate the large numbers. I don't see so well either and I really appreciate chunky indices for this reason. I understand where you're coming from with wanting a large much easier to see indicator on the card.

By the way, they feel so much better without their names on their heads. The signature and text under solution works really well.

I'm glad to hear that you're willing to take advice.

Please note that I've combined all your replies into a single post - you can add multiple quotes into a single post by simply scrolling down on the page where you compose the post and selecting the quotes you want and where you want them.  The general convention here is as I showed you in your last post - a quote, a reply, a different quote, a reply to that quote, etc.  Optionally you could list all the quotes at the top of the message, replies below at the bottom.
