No problem. Story time. I'd ordered a deck from a friend in Singapore, we'd skyped loads and I took a fancy to this deck as it was in such good condition.
Anyway, I had it sent express which cost me extra but I didn't care as I couldn't wait. I missed the delivery (not that it mattered anyway) and drove to the DHL centre local to me to collect. I waited for about 45mins as they were really really slow. Got the package, got back in the car and opened it.
You know the rest.
Anyway, it was opened in Singapore on DHL's side their end. I got the number for customer relations and a case had to be opened between seller and DHL as that is who the contract is between.
The facebook post so far has gotten a lot of attention on Singapore DHL if you look it up.
Just waiting for a claim back to the seller I think, and we'll distribute it accordingly. So far he's offered to give me half the money I paid back ($330) whilst we wait, and consider it as buying an opened deck, much to my dismay.
Anyway, they're definitely real, I know as DHL have opened them for me. B*stards. Drove home insanely mad.
