Two pieces of advice:
1) Don't sell any deck as "collectible." Collectors determine a deck's collectibility - when retailers do this, it's seen as a desperate attempt to sell more decks. "Limited edition" and "rare" are other terms to avoid. Simply announce how many you plan to make and let the collectors decide how collectible they think it is.
2) I notice you've thanked a lot of card-community boards, sites, etc. I pointed out some of the design flaws with your deck - some collectors will forgive them, some won't. The thing of it is, though, that your deck will have broader appeal with the art community, the history community, etc., because they won't see the flaws, and may in fact consider them part of the "strengths" of the design (different community, different standards). You need to spread your campaign wider. If you depend only on collectors, you're more likely to struggle to hit your goal and your stretch goals.
