Hello guys!

I want show a little teaser about a my upcoming project (2016, probably) - Omnia: The Golden Age

It's the "prequel" of Omnia, based on the ancient history of the Omnia universe, inspired by 4 important cultures of the past (Greeks, Roman, Babylonian, Egyptian)

Features:

- Probably I'll do 3 decks again, one limited, 2 unlimited
- Every deck will be custom, not just a color swap (like the previous Omnia project)
- At least 2 metallic inks on cards per deck
- Foiled tuckboxes
- Temporary names of the decks are Omnia Antica, Omnia Perduta, Omnia Magnifica
- Pretty queens :p

here is the preview minisite:

http://www.thirdway.it/goldenage/goldenage

Hope you'll like it!

Cheers

Giovanni

Hi guys, a little update on the project :)

As said before, will be made of 3 decks: Omnia Antica, Perduta and Magnifica.

Omnia Antica it's based on the wealhy Era of the Omnia universe past. Below there is an updated rendering of the box and queen I already shown;

Omnia Perduta, the stretch goal deck, it's based on the dark age of war of the Omnia Universe past. No one knows if the big war comes before of after the Antica Golden Age. It's not available yet: Perduta mean "lost". ;)

Omnia Magnifica will be the limited deck of the campaign. Like Omnia Suprema, will be available mainly on Kickstarter, and will be much more affordable on Kickstarter than anywhere else.

This deck will show the magnificent, remote past of the Omnia Universe, full of legends and heroes. Will have a lot of details, metallic inks and a double foiled tuck box. I think it's the most baroque deck I designed....yet.

Hope you like them :)

Giovanni

When I comes to fully custom courts, I think the Omnia series features the best that I've ever seen in my years of collecting playing cards.

Excellent work Giovanni, you're the real deal!
With this signature I'm following the example set by Fes: There is only ONE letter L in my display name. "Holly" is a female name... and I'm a bearded guy who's into weightlifting. There's nothing feminine about me brother!

0600 on my side of the country (West Coast) is a little too early for me on a work day, hopefully I won't miss out too bad

Hi Justin,

sorry :(

I know that the launch hour may be really difficult for some timezones. The only thing I can do to make everyone happy is do a lot of early birds.
I'm almost sure you'll be able to get one EB tier if you back on day one.

Have a great day!

Gio

Don't sweat it.  It's a global market and we don't all live in the same time zone.  If you made it convenient for him, someone in Australia or Tibet would complain...  :))

A shame that kick-starter decks are ones that I guess I wont get any of...
Shipping all the way to the Netherlands is just not cost-efficient.

Especially since the Royalty's (God yes those are beautiful) and really, well, everything else on this deck is just marvellous.

I hope to see more of this in the future, this is definitely, the real deal.

@William - Yeah, I know.....shipping costs a lot on my side too, especially because I use tracking worldwide.
Glad you like the decks, though :-)

We just unlocked Omnia Perduta! yay.

Mystery Stretch goal unlocked, some absolutely gorgeous new coins for the project. I have to say this is probably my favorite Thirdway project to date.
