The box is nice, but the rest is normal for me.

Seriously - an original back, and a couple of gaff cards, but the Ace of Spades is kind of dull, as are the Jokers, and the faces are 100% ORDINARY, like ANY OTHER pack of Bikes from the corner drugstore!  Toss in an insanely high price due to rarity, and forget it.

I said this before: rarity doesn't make something good, or valuable, automatically.  I create extraordinarily rare one-of-a-kind objects every day when I visit my bathroom, but I don't exactly see people banging down my door to have them.  I'd sooner have off-the-rack Rider Backs...

The court cards are actually recolored. The black ink was replaced with a dark brown. They said they were going to make it a darker red, but that looks to be the same.

So it's a baby step above Merz67 and a big step below T11.  Still isn't tickling my fancy.  If you like it, by all means, pick some up for yourself.  If this was a deck selling for under $10 bucks, I'd consider it because I actually like the gaff cards, but for $50, ain't no way in hell.  I would rather spend the money on two or three bricks of Bike Riders.  (OK, more like a couple of bricks of Tallys, but you get the idea!)

Do you guys remember Crimson Gate?  This deck is about as original as that, and that deck was practically reviled, it was thought of so poorly.  But Crimson Gate didn't cost fifty bones!

Yeah $50 bucks is asking a lot for most decks!! There are many "rare" decks that you can find cheaper. Hell, I'd sell my gold monarchs for less than that haha

For $50 you can buy decks that aren't limited for the sake of being limited. the price point is ridiculous. maybe 10 bucks for a limited deck with barely any work put into it, but $50? why not get something that already has proven its value, like three or four virginia slims decks or an iaocp deck.

And I *might* buy those Monarchs for that price!  (just kidding - I would trade for it, but not pay cash up front)

That would have to be the "auction" quoted earlier, since it's the only one on eBay with Dreamcatchers.  The part I like the MOST is that there are no returns or exchanges, though it is covered by Buyer Protection.

Like I said earlier - this is straight out of the "Merz67 Rulebook for Making Money Off of Fools Who Collect Cards and Drool Over the Word 'Rare'"...

Just got word there's an article on 52cartes about this deck - the print run's nearly a thousand but only 500 are being released for sale.  If I'm reading the pidgin English of Google Translate correctly, I think he (she?) is offering the deck for sale.  But the translation could be off, as can my interpretation of it.

I still think this entire deck smells like Merz67.  Perhaps it's only the knockoff fragrance and not the real "parfum de merde", but it smells like Merz nonetheless.

Give me a link and I can tell you what the article actually says... ::)
Though either way, I'm not buying. Maybe I would if it was cheap... Which it is the opposite of.

924 decks(What a random number...) printed, 500 for sale.
According to 52, it isn't available for sale yet, but we all saw the auction... (And the article doesn't mention anything about where to get it; It's pretty much just pictures really.)
So much hype for a deck that doesn't deserve it. :-\
