Part of my Collection updated infrequently but occasionally, when I remember. (I haven't in months.)

Hahaha, me too. I don't even care for the colors. I'm sure some will enjoy this design though.

I would agree. Pretty close to a rip off, and not in a good way.
Last night I stayed up late playing poker with Tarot cards. I got a full house and four people died.

Which deck do you guys mean? It doesn't remind me of Fatboy Aztec, nor does it remind me of Viva Mexico. The card back on this feels very Atari 2600 to me, without the classic colors. Feels like it's being torn in three directions and it doesn't really want to go in either of them. I don't know, I think it needs to be reworked with a slightly different perspective. Probably starting on a different medium would help out, if it was done initially on a computer, maybe some colored pencils would help add a fresh take on where he was trying to go with this.

Woh! I had never seen those Fatboy Aztecs. Those are nice! (Adds to cart)

I was jokingly referring to Viva. There's similarities, but that's like Wynn going off on all double logo decks.

Overall, not a fan of this deck. Wish him the best tho!

Sorry, but this is a classic, basically stereotypical example of why you need to spend time building your skills and studying the market before launching a project. The theme is certainly unique (since when do scandinavia and mexico get together?) but the art we see here is no where near the refined level it should and could be.

We all start somewhere, but the unfortunate byproduct of crowdfunding is that too many people are at step 5 of 1000 in their design careers but think they can just launch stuff out there anyways. Instead of the attitude of "meh, let's see what happens..." it should be "This is the finest work I've ever done and I can't wait for people to see this!"

Step it up folks...

Are you really that eager?  :))

I'm not an artist, but I could have outdone this deck blindfolded and drunk using a standard design and cut-n-paste.  He used "Playing Cards for Dummies" and managed to screw even that up, tearing out about two-thirds of the book and throwing it away.  I hate being this unkind about a design, but it fell out of the fugly tree and hit all the branches on the way down.

It's unique, I'll give him that (at least the faces are - the back is a knockoff), but I've said this before - I make "unique" every time I'm in the bathroom on the porcelain throne - that doesn't mean "unique" is even remotely "good."  "Unique" is a synonym for "different," and NEITHER is a synonym for "good."  Unique can be good - but is not automatically good.  The design is horrible and is one of the most malfunctioning decks I've ever set my eyes upon.  My head hurts looking at this.  I need to lie down...

To me, the most exciting thing about the deck is that Fes managed to find the right characters to type the name.  How in the hell do you pronounce that, anyway?  I think it's Sanskrit, but beyond that, I have no idea.

I figured as much.  Again, sadly, that's the most exciting thing about this deck.
