https://translate.google.com/ is your friend in such matters... 

It does a fairly decent job on the Romance languages - nearly useless on anything that doesn't use the Roman alphabet or something close enough to it.  You can translate a single word, a phrase or an entire web page.

I use https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/s3google-translator/ this addon for firefox. It's very useful in translating small sections without having to go to another tab.
